Seconding what this anon says. I've had a profile on Twitter for over a year (mainly for following Vchuubas) and I have yet to see a way to push my books or art. It's an AWFUL platform and I've yet to find a good website.
There should be other authors or artists you can actually connect and network with. Instead what I get is recommendations to follow users who don't have their profile in a language I even understand or those fucking white checkmarks that you can't even really talk to but if you could, what the fuck would you even say?
As a social network it's the most antisocial shit ever, and you really can't say anything funny without risking your account.
The only real use I've gotten is finding out what Vchuubas are up to. It's ass for anything practical.
