Generally for anything which works in private/incognito windows, but doesn't on main its a cookie/cache issue, you can reset it for the site with the below.
Right click the page -> inspect.
For chromium browsers you want "Application", for firefox it's "Storage"
Then right click on the marked ones and clear them, you'll have to login again and select a theme but it should reset everything (Might need to refresh a page to load it again if you get a random white screen but generally doesn't happen).
