Obligatory "not a streamer" but I do vtuber shit anyway.

Over the last few months my channel growth has completely stagnated. I mean -90% monthly sub count and I'm lucky if a video does the numbers in a week that they used to do in the first 24 hours.
I have no idea what's causing this, though. I'm uploading just as often, I've been spending more time and effort with editing than before. I've even been trying to collab with other channels to broaden my audience, but it's like Youtube recently decided my channel doesn't exist. (The Subscribed/Unsubscribed ratio went from about 20/80 to 50/50 over the last few months, so this isn't just a theory.)
I've thought about branching out to other types of content, but my last few attempts to do so were all met with lukewarm reception. Is there some Youtube secret that I'm missing? Should I start blogposting every day in the community tab or uploading shitposts as Shorts?

I keep getting 0 view indies recommended.
I want to join their streams, but I'm afraid that if I do they'll see the number go up and try to interact with me.
And even if they don't I'm afraid of what might happen if nobody else joins and I become obligated to stick around just so they don't drop back down to 0.
Then I end up scrolling through their channel and seeing that they've been at this for months without ever hitting more than 100 views on a vod. And that makes me feel even worse.
