You could have people in your life if you put yourself out there like all of these streamers do, you know? But as a person in a chatbox all you are is a name, a few lines of text, and maybe a profile picture. One of tens to hundreds scrolling by. True most people don't make as themselves available as a broadcaster would, but those are the relationships that can be reciprocal.
