Yes, clip channels can release dozens of 1 minute videos a day containing clips of video from various channels. This gives them a shit ton more advantage than regular vtuber channels in terms of unique viewers as they are pulling from a wider audience pool.

GenZ here is defined as users that are 16 years old or less as of December 2022.
