Ollie has been doing a running joke with Kaela that had been set up since close to her debut.
Early on, Ollie tried to copy Marine's schtick of trying to get with any girl that she sees, but makes it into "marry me" instead.
Her early attempts at this were cringe a f, but she's gotten somewhat better at it over the years.

She's giving out wealth in droves and "stealing" all the girls that Ollie is aiming for, hence Ollie's little "beef" with her.
It's a short but sweet little storyline that adds to their dynamic on stream, and they've both shown themselves to be very comfortable with it.

Kiara has no such setup or prior interaction with Kaela.
She comes into this, assumes that Ollie is actually being serious about being sad about Kaela taking away all the attention (as seen here: >>49082259 she was not really sure whether it was a joke or not), and tries to "cheer up" Ollie by dunking on Kaela at every opportunity.

Hence the dissonance among the fanbase.

If there was some form of "story related" reason for Kiara to dunk on Kaela like she did, the audience would have bought it as "part of the act".
But she had no such dynamics, and no prior interactions or dynamics with Kaela, and so Kaela's fans were naturally uncomfortable with Kiara increasingly shitting on their oshi.
Kiara was basically doing anti-posting against Kaela ON STREAM, why would you think that Holofans WOULDN'T get mad at that?

The whole thing was Kiara's patented "German humor" at work.
She was trying to make a "joke" about Kaela being this super godly being with a sky high reputation built up from other holos' descriptions, and trying to make it a "joke" by stretching the standards even further to comically high levels and then dunking on her for not living up to them.

This was Kaela's old ID Server house btw, she's basically moved into the new server and has an underwater base of operations now.

Ollie's "I hate her" thing is pretty funny though, because you know they're both on good terms and it's just bantz, because of Kaela stealing all of Ollie's waifus with her charm (and money), it makes for a funny bit for those that watch streams.
Kiara... she hasn't really interacted much with Kaela, and this "joke" doesn't really have much buildup in comparison to Ollie's. Kaela hasn't really done anything to Kiara to prompt this (in contrast to Ollie, where she stole her harem), so it comes off like legit jealousy - even though it's probably not.

I can kinda get why Hololive fans wouldn't vibe with these types of "jokes" as well, because they veer too close to NijiEN's passive-aggressive style of
