Bro... Do you not see the differences in view counts here? Do you honestly think you can use view bot for a monetary gain through watching ads..........
Just think, for a second, assuming that you could, why the fuck would they be selling view bot as a service? Why not use it themselves to gain profit from ad revenue? Youtube will remove those views even if it takes months. They also have a gorillion policies that they can use to fuck you over with if they think you didn't play by the rule.

Now, if you are still so confident, why don't you try it yourself? You even claim that you can easily make your own view bot, do it and see what happen. I can even provide you with a channel that has monetization enabled for you to fuck around with. The platform is definitely exploitable, just not in the naive and retarded way that you think it can be.

View bots are used for SEO and marketing purposes. The most common use for it is to get your stream to the top of the discovery page so that you can eventually get organic views (youtube have an extremely garbage discovery page but that's a topic for another day). Some claim that it can help with the algorithm but I've personally never seen it worked. Shitty and non-targeted view bot can even have the opposite effect for your channel.
