NijiEN right now is completely dependent on the Asian market for survival. That's where most of their money comes from, it's the asian fans.
If Riku ever wanted NijiEN to be popular in the west, he would have to get rid of the people who have a bad reputation. That would be, Elira, Enna, and Millie.
In the short term it would cause some pain with the Asian fans, since that's who their audience is. But otherwise NijiEN will never grow in the West.
