Mint is already trying to come to grips with the idea that people might like her and is getting occasional harassment for leaving Niji. I don't think Doki or Mint want to accelerate that, which is why Mint wiped her initial following list (including Doki) and hasn't replaced them, and why Doki hasn't acknowledged her at all. The Sayu thing is separate since once again, as sad as it is, Sayu had virtually no time in the company to get connected to either, and any interaction with her is a gigantic target on somebody's back to get bombarded with hate from the clique for a few days or weeks.

That said, there's been some really funny coincidences.

I was thinking that, too. The most charitable possible interpretation of events is that Doki and Mint are besties behind the scenes and that Doki specifically doesn't want to harm Mint's career because she thinks she's toxic to the "bigger" vtuber scene and believes Mint needs space to get back into vtubing properly to not get Quinn'd. The least charitable one is that Doki has absolutely ghosted Mint too, just like everyone else from Nijisanji past and present. The reality is likely something in between and that they're both focusing on their own careers while both of them are trying to stay as drama free as possible, as Doki has not mentioned or even referenced Nijisanji or even a current or ex-member a single time in 3 full months outside of U-san. Even in her most mentally unstable statements, it was always "I heard slander about me being spoken" and not "Nijisanji is a lying sack of shit trying to ruin my Neopets stream."

yeah, she's pretty much staying completely neutral. The closest thing to a swing in either side is how you can psychoanalyze her responses to Nova's name and a reference to Selen. Nova's name was brought up immediately and then quickly lampshaded and never referenced again, while Mint bit onto a selen reference with a reference of her own, and followed it up by saying that she was "unbothered" by someone "sensing seething in the universe," and the absurd laughter at the tomato.

It's not much to go off of, but the schizo inside me says she wants to somehow still be friends with both sides but is likely confused as fuck emotionally right now since she deathly wants to avoid drama.
