Good luck anon. Don't over do it at first if you don't already do cardio regularly. Like even the below scheme is not bad for a beginner to get into it. As a beginner your only goal should be to show up every week and not quit.

(make sure to do at least 5 minutes of casual deliberately chill pace riding before and after as cooldowns.)
W1: 15 minutes at elevated speed 3x a week (M,W,F, or whatever)
W2: 20 min same as above
W3: 25 min same as above
W4 30 min same as above

If you get to the end and are feeling good keep 30 min but up your speed 1-2 mph a week for a while. Then maybe crank it up. Just don't go ham > get hurt > quit.
