Anonchama... you have no idea how things operate within China do you?
It's illegal for foreign companies to have direct control over any investment within China. You always ALWAYS need a local "liaison" or "local Chinese guy" who will be given the job to handle all your local stuff.
The "official hololive" channel was NEVER in Cover's control.
Once the Coco drama started, the local liaison guy just followed their government narrative and cut off Cover corp, taking the channel over for Bilibili. He was the same guy that misled the HoloCN girls and told them they would get to keep their models and tech (because bilibili was trying to pressure Cover and take their tech so that they could start their local VTuber group Asoul).

The last Hololive tweet that included Bilibili was on August 5th (https://twitter.com/hololivetv/status/1290966396805947392)) for a program that happened on 9th.
Coco and Haachama's Taiwan incident and suspension was in late September 2020.
Cover corp removed every single bilibili reference from their social media and website after the incident.
Their website has twitter, LINE, reddit and facebook links.
Those are the only social media accounts they officially control.
Notice how there's no bilibili here?
