Architects poop out unicorn farts and rainbows on blueprints, and then the Civil Engineers have the actual job of arguing with them for two years explaining how most of their "design" is structural horse-shit and would cost so much in exotic materials- you might as well let the civil engineers design it.
And then the civils put out a concrete box.
