The SEC is maintaining the status quo on the exchange of wealth and information by bringing down the hammer on LBRY Inc., the company responsible for the creation of the LBRY blockchain which is used for the decentralized storage and publishing of video content as well as Odysee.com which served as an interface between the LBRY blockchain and the greater Internet. Long story short: LBRY Inc. is being dissolved, Odysee is going to be sold to another entity, and the LBRY blockchain is left in the hands of its users. Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain technology and LBRY's open source policy, it's possible for another platform to be created and take Odysee's place, but the future, and the continued existence of my /lig/ VOD archive, is uncertain. So download everything that you want as soon as you can, the website could go down tomorrow or months from now. I will continue to upload videos to the archive as I see fit, for as long as the archive is available on the clearnet

While looking into this I've had a lot of questions I've been asking myself that I still don't know the answer to: Would an animation studio bother to have a distinction for animations done for VTubers? Would this mean that the company has an internal branch dedicated to VTuber animations? All of their publicly credited work is just anime, if they are producing for VTubers specifically, are they doing it under the table? Would a subdivision of an animation studio even have its own bank account for accepting payment? What would the VT stand for otherwise? I'm not privy to all of this, I'm a cyber security guy, not an accountant
