If you want a proper "Ame tracker", you can use Twitchdeck to notify you with a sound when theres any twitter activity, (tweets, RTs or Likes).
And https://sken.io/ as a monitor for youtube page changes, so even if she doesn't tweet, you'll still get notified if she puts a frame up, just use the "upcoming live streams" page.
That way even if she doesn't tweet and does a guerrilla, you'll still know if you're gaming/alt tabbed, etc.
