I've played all 3 and Civ 6 is probably the most fun to just pick up and break the game with overpowered traits like Babylon or Germany. It's also the most fun of a streaming game like >>6786593 says because of the randomness. Really whacky stuff can happen like pic related.
Both games are relatively easy to mod though, if someone made a NijiEN leaders modpack I'm sure she'd be more likely to play it.
