Does Hololive make contracts that a certain number of their streamers have to promote certain games or software?

I love Gura so much but I find lots of the stuff she does on stream kinda meh especially when it's already done a million times by the other girls.

Hololive really needs to get their shit together. They have the best talents but do not use them wisely. If Gura played PS3 games, she would easily be at 3million subs by now.
