Watame knew what to do for the first one.
-used up all her merch money to quickly produce a wide range of orisongs
-found a smaller venue that would be a good start
-came up with a setlist, worked on coreo and MC parts
-did some of the organizing and production herself
And Watame's 2 sololives are still the most solid overall from all Holo sololives.
It's hard to compare what she did to others, but if Nene's smart, she could at least ask for pointers.

I caught the part where he said he was excited to go to Mount Fuji.
He got there and it was cloudy.
Same as for every other kaigai going to see Mt Fuji.
