NTA but here's what I did:
>Dropped all sweetened beverages
>Ate meals rich with with fiber and protein to stay full for longer
>Drank plenty of water
>Cut down on portion sizes
>Still feel hungry? I waited for 30 minutes before deciding if I should continue eating
>Rode an exercise bike for 30-40 minutes each day while watching streams
I also kept extensive track of my caloric data. What I noticed is if I didn't feel hungry at the end of the day, it's because I ate at my maintenance amount or above it. You have to get used to the feeling of chronic hunger if you want to lose weight.
