OK, in that case her tier would be "At least 5-B (Planet level), likely higher", meaning she would win against opponent of the same tier as Planetary+x level, x being a small number.

So I suppose for Sana, her tier would be:
4-B (Solar System level). At least 3-C (Galaxy level) with Yatagarasu, likely higher

How could she eat the apple if she became nothingness...? I think what they meant is that even if she was killed and is sent to hell, she can resurrect herself at any time, so that would make her effectively resurrective immortal.

While this doesn't directly say anything about her tier, it does tell us that she's one of the few 'immortal' hololive characters, which is very impressive. The other ones being only Kiara (limited resurrective immortality) and Watame (resurrective immortality) afaik.
