There's no telltale signs of botting and her numbers are nowhere near consistent enough to pinpoint anything. She's just been steadily growing since her 2.0 debut and recently (February-ish) skyrocketed.
I wouldn't be surprised if she's experiencing a snowball effect since reaching above 1k ccv. The top numbers are usually dominated by the old guard of whore clan, ex-vshojo, and outliers like Filian and Vedal. So when someone not directly affiliated with those groups suddenly crests 1-1.5k they get recommended by Twitch more often and you end up with people checking them out for the first time as well as other large streamers picking them to raid for the same reason. Grimmi is going through a similar phase.
Couple that with her great model and extremely positive/welcoming attitude and its no surprise she's snowballing like this. Many anons have been predicting it was only a matter of time before Oli really took off with her redesign, even when she still had the classic model. Personally though I never expected this level of growth but she really has all the right cards for it.
