I like watching VTubers but I have to fucking stop, i know it's not healthy. It's like eating KFC where it's so fucking delicious but after it's done you know you just committed a crime on your body. I don't know about you guys but I plan to one day integrate into normal society and I know these fucking anime girls are rewiring my brain to be unable to be satisfied with normal people in reality. I know in my head it's all just performance but the more it leaks into my subconscious the less I'll be able to accept that real people aren't as perfect. Even if you plan to be a shut in NEET forever you still have no choice but to exist in the rela world so you have to be somewhat functional. This is scary stuff.
