As for the getting the tip, maybe try imminent penetration, or you'll need to inpaint/photoshop it in the correct position

I typically have 3 traits to make the face and the eye brows
Emotion (happy, sad, angry...,
Eyes (wide-eyed, half-closed eyes...
Mouth (parted lips, clench teeth...
Eye brows are just furrowed brows or v-shaped eye brows
You can get lots of expression with mixing around these features and using dynamic prompts to let the AI pick a combo
But this case, I used the head back LoRA to get that intense look, yields are low but you can get some wild faces.

I try and keep to only prompts to keep my model and outputs clean, but sometimes you just need to rely on a LoRA to get that one expression or position. I try to hone it down so get good yields while not frying my image. I don't really inpaint faces all that much, only if they are far away.
