Mysta has an audience of 10k viewers. He's one of the most watched vtuber males in the world.

But just a few weeks before his debut in Nijisanji, he was a tiny, struggling vtuber with less than a hundred viewers. Even today he sympathizes with smaller vtubers and will often drop into their chats unannounced just to give them confidence. There are no alternatives for people like Mysta. You either make it into Niji, or you die. In this case he was fortunate enough to be friends with Elira. But most people are not so lucky.

This proves there are lots of talented people out there who aren't being given a chance. People with 50 viewers, who should be pulling 50,000. You just need to find them.
