It's about complexity
Say I have 0000000000, I don't need this to take up 10 bytes just because its ten digits, I can use two numbers to represent it, 10 and 0 (so compression knows there are 10 zeroes).
But if I have something like 101101110, I don't have this easy out anymore. It can still be compressed, just less efficiently
This is why when Anya used this background for her outfit reveal it fucked the stream
