Speaking of, I'm trying to make some truffles after the cake and uh...it ain't going so well. I was trying to make a test run here to make like little bear paws, but I don't know how to make them better. I was thinking maybe white chocolate coating with dark chocolate glaze but it still doesn't really look like a bear paw. Someone mentioned my cake could have been more "decorative" and I'm trying to incorporate that in my designs from now on. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. Maybe I'll send you some of my test runs.
