The t=####### part of those links is the number of seconds that have passed between the stream start and when the timestamp post was made, minus the offset in that box (and any extra in parentheses) So you want to subtract that to get everything in sync, but the VOD had already been going for a while when you tested so you need to take that into account too, then it should work, though you might need to add/subtract a bit more to get it synced up perfectly
