Much better than the whispering one. I'm no expert on accents and all, but I'd personally recommend enunciating a little more, you started to speed up a bit at the "Fully free component of a fully functional GNU system", which can make you a bit difficult to understand. Also, forgive me if I'm wrong, but it kinda sounds like you're using the front R (I'm just going by the diagram, that might not be the actual name); getting the back R would, if it doesn't entirely fix the pajeet accent problem, make a huge difference. My own anecdote for that as well - though the tongue is pulled back, the R noise itself comes from the front of your mouth. Your lips should be loosely pursed, then pull apart as you make the sound.
