It's not even a fucking real office. Their registered address is literally a virtual PO. You can buy the exact same new office address Cover supposedly has for $19.99 a month right now. I actually wonder if they're even going to open the actual office in the state because of the cost.

Yeah, that's how virtual addresses work. The company renting those out is located there and helps you receive your mail, but you don't actually need to rent anything there.
