Salami has also been bullied by management before in their official programs, and have been passive aggressively shit on by senpai like Kanae.
We already know management can target singular livers to make their life hell because of whatever esoteric reason (Selen comes to mind) so it wouldn't be that surprising that they gave the block on mentioning holos to Salome alone.
Naraka and other Nijis openly mentioning Hololive also feels like rubbing salt in the wound akin to Millie replying to Selen's tweet about the Cover being privated.
