Honestly, this one sort of epitomizes the series for me so far. It has the skeletal structure of a decent story and in the right hands it could have actually been decent. Like, the idea of a surprise half-monster pregnancy that's sucking the life out of the main character but she decides to keep anyway despite the disapproval of her partner could be a good catalyst for character drama, but the actual writing and presentation is so off the wall and inane that it throws away whatever potential it might have had and it just becomes funny. I've felt the same way about all of them except for Eclipse since the first one
