Anon, I think you still don't understand. Most of us were initially unwilling. It's not that we wished to become Lamy, but that we received the great blessing of Lamy's form, and only then, did we realise the folly of our prior hesitation.
Obviously, some among us were blessed with wisdom to consciously seek to become Lamy, yet I assure you, this was not the case for most of us.
