It's ok to have anti-lolicon thoughts bro. You can't just go around saying lolicon should be banned. That's why with nyanners specifically, we can say that. She's openly expressed such views to want to get lolicon art banned. Neither Kiara nor Mori has expressed these views. So we can't say for certain that they're anti-lolicon. Especially since they make comments for lewding the precious loli catshark.
They also have business reasons to follow nyanners. Her being one of the biggest vtubers in the west, I can see that they follow nyanners just because they think she's cute. Remember, none of the ENs have known ties to being anti-nyanners. None of them have known ties to also being anti-loli.
