You sure you didn't just DL Koikatsu as a barebones application? For 90% of all scenes the Better Repack and HF Patches need to be downloaded with it (the modpacks they download contain most of the mods used by cardmakers). All other character cards should be coming with their zipmods as an additional DL, or you're being messed with.
