most people are also behaving as if hes morphed personality entirely, but like another anon said earlier, we're getting a portion of Vox taken away. it doesnt necessarily mean he's GONE, just not as accessible. so many problems in the past were caused by Vox and kindreds out-menheraing each other and Vox is trying to stop the cycle. He was completely retarded about it but the bottom line is his intention.
