Sure it's good to have high standards to make sure their talent don't need babysitting and can be professional and all that, but at the same time if you're running a business you have to know when to be selective about what. Cover can afford to be as exclusive as they want for now, but if her current agency treats the JP branch as important and invests any resources into it I don't think they can.
I'm not saying they should have staff watching sub 50 view chuubas until they find someone that can get along with Nazuna and not yab within a week, but getting someone who isn't established also lets her (plus kson/management but lol as if) help mould them with years of experience.
But even more importantly than that the JP branch needs to have an identity because I'm not sure what it is right now, granted I don't watch kson on the regular.

In my opinion they can't afford to lose Nazuna, it would utterly kill them in both the JP market forever and I assume in the EN market because it's more bad optics. They HAVE TO keep her happy.
Henya is a step in the right direction because she's native JP and lives there I think I didn't watch too much of her in VOMS correct me if I'm wrong but it's a short-term solution.
