I came in somewhat late but I really liked it. She came prepared and it created a notable step up from previous iterations.

Several.
1) Build wide, not tall. It's the connection between details that matters. In more concrete terms, knowing different types of facts and how they relate to one another is more engaging than knowing a lot about a single type of fact. The pastry tangent and free running tangents are a good example of talking about the character of a place in a multi-faceted way. Be unafraid to know less about something in favour of surrounding information.
2) It's normally very unimportant, but do fiddle with your/the video's audio less for streams like this. If you're not down to pre-select overly much (which I can understand and appreciate) I'd suggest defaulting to a muted video + background noise.
3) More strictly divorce yourself from the "Learning time video share" mindset. Technically that's what it is, but in my humble opinion a headspace closer to the one used for playing games would create a stronger, more cohesive experience. When things start to become more rubbery/unfocused/ADHD be unafraid to formally close out that section, step out and let yourself and chat exit the previous mindstate.
