Since this thread is currently actually doing something other than shit itself, I may as well continue to focus the discussion on the EU dilemma. To illustrate, I will provide you with the following image and help you understand what the EU problem is... alignment.

Under these circumstances, you need talent that can explicitly work on these hours, but Cover seems unable to find talent that is willing to do so either because they don't apply or they get drowned out by the horse from everywhere else. There is also the possibility that they do find the talent, but they are unwilling to make the choice of recruiting because the numbers just don't add up in their eyes.

Remember, they do have demographic data straight from YouTube so they should know how much market interest there is for EU chuubas to assess viability. They also have the one EU chuuba that has a... less than stellar record trying to court the market (even if she is being a complete retard about it).
