No, you're reading into it too much. The original text uses the verb 公開する which is to publish, release, unveil. Japanese being Japanese, it doesn't overtly refer to anything but from the context it may be understood as either the footage, some kind of information surrounding the topic or both. It is unclear, but I'd err on the side of both. I can't possibly translate it "the footage will be released" because it would be narrowing of the context whereas using "information" does not. I'd rather widen the context than narrow it.

I had to check out Kiara after her debut and didn't like what I see. I watched Ina play Hollow Knight and also didn't like this even though the game is one of my favourites.
Didn't see Holo EN in a long time afterwards, I quickly dropped that new German speaking girl as well after all (yes, my sole reasoning to check them was the fact that they speak my language).
However, I really enjoyed Kiara's Euro watchalongs and found some new appreciation for her. She's actually great if you look closely, she feels a bit like
