That's all, there are no conclusion if carbs are good or not.
There are no real papers studying all the conditions of add/removing carbs from ones diet. And if there is, then please just link it.
When searching about it everything that comes are personal experiences with cutting off carbs, doctors talking about lots of clientes getting better after doing it and people shitting on doctors and scientists images who says such things but without proving them wrong.
Lots of material out there points to the excess of carbs (over 40g/day) being bad but there aren't any cohesive proof.
There are "formal" studies about separated things but that also points to carbs being bad without really studying the carbs diet itself like:
>What happens when sugar enter in the system?
>Why does our body rather process sugar over fat?
>What happens when we can't digest something?
>How does the bacteria in our gut work?
>What happens to your body when fasting?
>a shitton of papers around organs function
It's a can of worms.

For now, only personal experiences can prevent someone from enjoying delicious food just because it contains sugar and wheat.
