before coco, collabs were rare and almost scripted events, she basically made the girls interact with each other more

coco wasn't some malicious smart ass person, like chinks portrait, she was just a silly streamer having fun with friends
people were also re-discovering vtubers and having coco as a link for overseas fans to communicate with jp holos was a huge boost
