Here are a couple of ones I like on pony. I think you are looking for a mix with yd or maybe ishikei like skin (hard to get that exact 2.5d look but these should be close)
Picrel is iku + yd lora you can find yd lora here. Ishikei is the tag "8um" on pony so I would start there.

For animagine (3.0, still haven't found a good one for 3.1) this has been my go to. I would try 3.0 though first, it's pretty easy to get good looking image (albeit flat).
