This. Two years ago if you told me streamers and corporations and all this Vtubing stuff was real I'd have called you an idiot. I've been in the arts for a long time. 'Starving Artist' is a trope for a reason.
...but I do a day job to pay the bills and while I pick on Ina sometimes, I respect it. A lot of art is luck. It's not like Ina knew beforehand that Hololive was going to be a big deal. You're just throwing darts at a wall and hope something sticks eventually.
