An interesting take is how high people rate Sora. Not that I think that's wrong at least now a days, but in her early years in terms of pure ability she wasn't that great, her biggest strength was her range, but even that wasn't always consistent across songs. She had very average singing ability in a time when Vtubers were more about variety skits and edited gameplay videos.
In recent years she's gotten much better and you can tell she keeps up with her lessons. I can't find the early attempts, but I remember her first trying out Inochi and Shallys and it's all stumbles and false starts and then you compare that to her most recent karaokes and it's an amazing improvement.
