That's a reasonable take, I just wish she wasn't so blatant about wanting to stream more, totally failing at it, and trying to make up for it with acts that are blatantly overcompensating for her failures.

It makes it hard for her actions to feel genuine when one moment she's all "uguu i wuv my members ill be here for you forever" and the next she fucks off for 3 consecutive weeks without as much as a tweet.

If she simply admitted to being a low frequency streamer and owned up to it without any pretense, I doubt she'd get all the antis she has now.

That's a nice strawman, nobody who criticizes Gura seriously would complain about her lack of member streams, she's done almost as many member streams as public streams this month and I find it makes for a pretty blatant cash grab.

has gotten way more egregious. She claims to be working on projects behind the scenes but it's been months with absolutely nothing to show, although stuff is supposed to come out this month so we'll finally see I guess.
My main issue isn't with the disappearances, but with the total lack of transparency regarding her absences combined with the (honestly quite ridiculous) pandering she does to her fans when she comes back. Here's an excerpt of some of her latest member posts (after which she disappeared for a week, again). It all feels very disingenuine.
