That clip says "western goods" and Shion literally says "Western thing" without "na" which is informal and implies it's supposed to be understood as a slang, then Okayu tells Shion to phrase it better and Shion add "na". Okayu correct her saying "Western Movies" afterwards but ends the stream joking about it.
The whole moment in that clip Okayu was just scolding Shion's phrasing but doesn't sounds like she was denying anything.
