As someone who enjoys hyperpreg myself you gotta realize that people resort to erotic art exactly because they don't have to care about staying true to what's possible in reality. That being said you're not into it so your disdain makes sense, though I'm not sure why you wouldn't just have that as a restriction in the first place for commissions and the such.
