There is no loop, Ariane is as you say a stupidly powerful Bioresonant entity, who also came in contact with whatever Eldritch entity sings "the tune to which all living beings dance to". Basically, she becomes a god in the very moment she's on the brink of death.
This causes her powers to remake reality in the hopes LSTR-512 would "keep her promise" and kill her, ending her suffering. Problem is, she's lost in space and LSTR-512 is dead.

This causes Ariane to "overwrite" all beings in her original star system with memories of herself and her LSTR. Gestalts (humans) turn into Ariane or soccumb to the change, while Replikas zombifie in the process. Meanwhile, all newer LSTR units in the system awaken 512's memories (given the latest ones were made from 512's template) and end up on Sierpinski in an attempt to find Alina Seo (LSTR's original template's friend), who also survived her metamorphosis into Ariane (given they are so similar), and finally keep the promise, killing Ariane.
