2. No. No need to swap unrepped threads, it would additionally set a bad precedent of repainting the map for the sake of it, and there will be no end to it.
3. No. Consider alternate placements. /ehe/ was already formed there, adding two more will form an unnecessary clutter. Instead, let's re-examine the dead threads and see how we can place them there.
4. No. From what I've read from /who/ and /nasa/ reps, it's not as obvious as it might seem, so let's wait for Sana's graduation and see how /cope/ will ultimately react. I'm not against placing /cope/ on the map, though, it's an active thread - just that reps from neighboring Council threads objected.
5. No. I stand by my previous vote. Those issues should be brought forth easily if it's just about the revote.
