Do her research, figure out how she wants to fit in with Hololive, stream without yabs, preferably take vocal training seriously.
It's not like she already did something irredeemable, it's just that she is following Mori/Kronii path to a T and there isn't a single reason to believe that the destination is any different. If she was willing to do her Holo reps she would be already doing them. You don't need a public beating as a wake up call for something as basic as finding out who you like in Hololive.
I fucking hate that we have to through this a 3rd fucking time, management needs to pull their head out of their asses at some point and start wrangling the talents pre-debut if they aren't going to filter them for compatibility in the first place.
