They'd probably be mostly hairless of course. And I don't know much about spec biology but they'd be a lot heavier than usual wouldn't they? Maybe they wouldn't be able to use their tails to counter balance the same way most cats do and would have evolved to have shorter tails but larger muscles in the hind legs like bobcats to make up for it.
